Confused about how to pay for your consultation? We understand how confusing it is in both the private and public health care sectors. We are a private clinical service, but can receive funding for eligible people under certain public programs and compensable funding bodies. At Physio Partners, if you are eligible for one of these schemes, then we will see you without gap fees. Read our FAQs below for more information.
We also answer some questions in our FAQ about interpreters and communication.
We are here to help answer all your questions if not listed here - just contact us.

Yes we can use interpreters including Auslan, and would be very happy to do so at your request. We can organise in-person interpreters on-site, or use telephone/telehealth ones. Please discuss with your therapist beforehand and enquire about the fee structure with professional interpreters.
Our team are multi-skilled as many of them speak other languages and can also conduct professional consultations in that language! We consider cultural-appropriateness to be an important part of our work as we look after a very large and diverse group of Australians who are ageing and living with disabilities.
Our team understands that we can not manage every aspect of your health care. With your permission, we will always communicate and inform your GP, case managers and support workers with reports and summaries so your key healthcare team members are aware of your health progress. Most importantly, we will provide you with the information also!
