Our Fees
As someone from the general public, you are entitled to access any health service you choose. Physio Partners takes any private, full-fee paying clients and for this, no doctor referral is required. If using your private health insurance rebate ('extras cover' will be required) - there will be a gap payment with the amount depending on your specific insurer and level of cover. You may be eligible to be subsidised by Medicare, or Worksafe/TAC insurers - for these there is no gap payment required at Physio Partners but there will be limits on the number of sessions permitted. NDIS and DVA Veterans’ Gold holders are fully subsidised for the entire course of their treatment/rehabilitation by their programs - no gap payment applies.
Physio Partners has zero gap fees* (free) for patients who are eligible for Medicare Enhanced Primary Care, NDIS, TAC, Worksafe or DVA funding. We will bill these funding bodies directly at no further cost to you.
*Zero gap fees apply to standard treatments. Specialty treatments like 'pelvic health' and 'functional gut' may have additional costs due to the specialised nature of these treatments and specific equipment required.
